01The brief

Imagine a small bistro with a big reputation among people who notice details. The site had to feel like the room — dim, deliberate, unhurried — while taking a guest from curiosity to reservation in a few calm steps.

02The approach

We led with type. A high-contrast serif sets the tone, brass hairlines replace boxes and buttons, and the menu is designed as an editorial spread rather than a price list. Motion is slow and sparse, like service in a good dining room.

Details

01

Editorial menu

Courses set like chapters, with hairline rules and no visual noise.

02

One reservation path

A single, persistent action that stays within reach on every screen.

03

Brass hairlines

Thin metallic rules replace heavy interface chrome across the system.

This is a self-initiated studio concept. The business, its name and all content are fictional and were created for design exploration.
